Realizing Running Is More Than Movement
I still remember the first time I felt truly free on a run.
It wasn’t about pace, mileage, or my training goals.
It was that feeling—the fresh air in my lungs, my body moving effortlessly, and my mind quiet. In that moment, I was completely in sync with myself.
That is the feeling I want everyone to find.

From Competition to Connection
I grew up as an athlete, competing in track and field through college as a sprinter and hurdler. I loved pushing my limits, but I didn’t love the pressure of constantly trying to prove myself. I used to chase times, finish lines, and podiums, thinking that’s what defined success.
After college, I transitioned into long-distance running, and that’s when everything shifted. I realized my training could be both structured and freeing. My relationship with running could be both challenging and empowering. I found my best running, and my best self, when I learned to tune in, instead of pushing through.

I believe everyone has their own unique ‘why.’ Some run to feel strong. Some run because it’s the only time their mind clears. Some run because they need a drastic change and don’t even enjoy running at all. Whatever your reason, my goal isn’t to force you into a one-size-fits-all plan. It’s to help you build a running practice that feels right for you—one that aligns with your goals, your body, and your life.
Here’s what you can expect when we work together:
